Return Process

  Log into your FridayCharm account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
